I ordered a personalised baby gift hamper for a friend with a personalised cosmetic bag for the mummy. I was very impressed... Zlata contacted me via text and email for additional info and also constantly kept me informed on the progress. My friend loved the gift with her baby's name. The order was promptly followed up with, personalised correctly as ordered on website and the shop double-checked the address again before delivery. Very responsible and Great Work. Friend was absolutely delighted to receive the hamper(amidst covid-19 circuit breaker period); sender(me) was also notified via email upon delivery. She then proposed a combination of the items. Personalised items is a super plus point and unique. She sent artworks to ensure name is correct and confirming selection of items! Sent pictures on packing of different layers of the items. Final packing into 2 nice silver boxes bundled in a pink ribbon (for a baby girl) that is ready for delivery sent via a short video. All in all took 3 days from order confirmation to delivery. Worth the short wait. Extremely attentive and professional. Items imported from UK. Gifts delivered promptly to recipient and they love them! Recommended. Thank you, Rege!
