Used them 2 years ago for house removal. Price quoted was reasonable but I never got back my deposit despite having returned the boxes. Called and texted person in charge multiple times but he never responded. In the end, deposit gone!

I engaged them a few days back for a residential move and they left me pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient they were. Their customer service rep. was also responsive and polite so i am not sure where the odd bad reviews are coming from. one thing i learnt about the move is that they provide their best cost estimate based on the items you have described but the reality of it is there is a high chance all the little knick knacks you have lying around can up to alot more than what you thought you have. Being respectful and polite work both ways! I will not hesitate to recommend them or come back for future moves. Great Job Tip top movers! esp. to Jasper and his partner.

Do not engage them due to the following reason: 1. Not responsive on the SMS once you pay deposit. 2. I paid for 15 foot truck load, showed up only 10 foot truck, though they informed me few day before the move and reduced price from $280 to 250. 3. At first they will tell you to deposit $50 to book slot but during move they will tell you again the $50 cannot deducted from the payment, it will refund to you if complimentary boxes are return.

Cheater and fraud company, sales guy will give a different quote and then the delivery guys will ask something else. Am still following up on my deposit money from months but no reply. All 5 star reviews are fake reviews

I share the same sentiments as others. . They are not honest and charged more than expected. They can load as there are more space but have all kind of excuses so in the end took two trips.There is this lady coordinator or boss, after giving the feedback with the price discrepancy she just act blur. Not displaying professionalism. Cheating is not my policy. I rather hire Helping Hands to support ex convicts. Their reputations doesn’t speak with their core values.

Response time is quick, quotation is also fuss free. I had an additional location to drop off items and had added few more items to first location, they were very professional and friendly, no issue just do and be merry. 2nd load was to warehouse, I'm amazed by how fast they managed to empty the shop and went extra mile to double layer some of my bulky items i needed to wrap. I just literally stood aside n shake leg. Excellent work and service, highly recommended them!

Do not engage them. 1. They quoted 1.5 lorry initially and charged for 4 lorries in the end. Which result in the final cost being higher than much reputable companies(I compared the quotes before engaging them). 2. Also for long push price, despite the management’s initial explanation (i.e. they said it will be charged according to the distance, if needed at all) the movers tried to charge flat 100 additional bucks for each load(which is for much longer distance) when the actual distance was less than 30m( which per initial explanation is free of charge). 3. The movers went for lunch in the middle of the moving which is ok, but they left our items unattended with lorry doors fully open. 4. Actually thanks to #3, I could finally have a look at what they call as ‘full lorry’. Quarter of the lorry was taken up by their fillers which they didn’t even need for our moving (red circle in the pic). That was there for all four lorries, meaning I paid for one full lorry price just for them to move around their own luggage. Not just that, you can see how much extra room is there in the space when they said lorry is ‘full’ thus we need to pay for extra lorries. 5. The mover tried to negotiate the price at the end of 3rd lorry shipment after my husband left to the receiving end. I’m 9 months pregnant and he was shouting and threatening at me and said if I don’t agree to the price he quote on the spot (which was more than double of initial quote), he will move our remaining items to their own storage until we agree. I raised the issue to the management side on the moving date itself, but no follow up for one month, despite several chasers. Extremely disappointing experience and you certainly do not want to go through the same on your moving date.
