β β β β β There used to be 7am Yoga classes on weekdays and I had signed up for a large package because of that.
Then it got subsequently cancelled and there are no early morning classes now. A huge disappointment and I am now stuck with numerous unused credits

β β β β β Just started Yoga classes and itβs a good stretch and workout at the same time. So convenient as itβs so near Paya Lebar MRT. The teachers are very patient and they help to correct the postures. My backache went away after a few sessions!!

β β β β β Finally a Yoga studio in Singapore I genuinely enjoy and appreciate! A Yoga studio that is about Yoga: not Instagram posing, not glamour-yoga, not about influencers, etc.. About really improving your practice, finding and challenging your limits, balance and strength. Highly recommend it.

β β β β β Convenient location, just next to MRT station at Paya Lebar and the instructor was very friendly to new students as well. Would recommend for others to try classes at this studio too ?βοΈ???
However, please only head there around 5-10 minutes before your class and not too early, as there are many smokers who will smoke just below the door area and you will breathe in their 2nd hand smoke which will enter the waiting area of this studio ?please stay safe

β β β β β If you are looking for a yoga studio, not for your IG account posting but authentic yoga learning, this is the place. The studio is simply just focusing on yoga classes and all the instructors are super qualified. The best in town.
Melissa is great teacher that gives you detailed instructions as well as room for challenges. Love her class.
YY is the best teacher, always bring positive energy to the class and highly focusing on your practice, balance and growth.
Hatha 1 class is suitable for both intermediate student and beginner who wants a bit more challenge.
Highly recommend!
