โ โ โ โ โ Engaged them as solicitor for buying my condo unit. Owed a cheque for delayed TOP for my unit. It's been 7 months and the cheque still has not gotten to me. Staff mostly don't reply and give vague excuses. Have chased them multiple times already. Up till now still left hanging. This is way too much!

โ โ โ โ โ We engaged them as our solicitor for the purchased of a property. They delayed our collection of keys. NOVP was only emailed to us 12 days later upon their receiving the letter. No reply on email & when we called the secretary for status, we were given the treatment as though the whole episode was our fault. Very bad service.

โ โ โ โ โ Disgusted with the lousy service rendered by Selina Lee and Susan Lit. Paid legal fees upfront and yet receive such poor treatment. Delayed my key collection and dared to ask me to pay for late interest payment due to their own delay in submitting valuation report. I have to practically followed up on the payments myself with the developer and this law firm.

โ โ โ โ โ Kelvin and his team was very professional and gave different points of view for me to consider, each with its pros and cons. They even went above and beyond to advise me outside of working hours so I can resolve the matter at hand sooner. I have met many lawyers in my line of work and they are definitely the best team I have worked with that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!!
