She is well-versed about her product line-up as well as what is available in the market, with her help I was able to quickly decide on a preferred mattress. Interactions with her were pleasant as she was informative and without being boring, she was earnest to promote without being pushy, and by the end of the appointment I was clear as to why I should choose Van-Vorst over other brands. The rest of the sales process was quick and simple, she made sure that my preferences for choice of bed-frame and delivery dates were met, had it not been the case, I would have probably walked away. Was served by Elvin, the managing partner of the company. He was very experienced and shared wealth of knowledge on getting the perfect mattress for my body. During the whole conversation, there was no element of hard sell. Also the mattress is comparable if not better than those top notch brands but at a fraction of the cost. That's a real good deal. As a person of high expectation, Elvin's service and products did not disappoint me. It was a great experience and now I know why so many people strongly recommend him. I will give him a big thumb up and if you are looking for a comfy and firm mattress, do look him up.
