M	Miles Clara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with dislodged tiles that started in Dec 2019, but work had to be put on hold as Xmas and CNY was around the corner. Unbeknownst to me, Circuit Breaker was also in place right after. During this time, I searched for reputable Contractors, and finally stumbled upon TM Tiling, which had many good reviews for dislodged tiles. As soon as Phase 2 was announced, I immediately called TM Tiling and Jason Kuah, the Project Consultant, attended to my needs. Jason was very understanding, helpful, and pleasant; but unfortunately his assignments was fully booked and I had to wait till August. Lucky me, after two weeks, there was a cancellation and Jason made arrangements to slot me in. Both his Contractors, Khan and Joynal were professional, had good team work, and did a very neat and tidy job. After each set of tiles were laid, they made sure to sweep and tidy the area before moving on. Jason even took the trouble to be around daily to oversee his Contractors from time to time. Thank you Jason, Khan and Joynal for your service, I’m very pleased with how it all turned out!

His team was also more thorough compared to another, when they came to inspect. He provided referral to the tile supplier who in turn helped to shortlist tiles that matched my bath, all this within 2 weeks. Price was reasonable compared with 2 other service providers. Jimmy was helpful in advising what I would need and where I could get what was needed. Within a week of enquiring, they were able to carry out the work. The guys who carried out the repair work were also prompt and professional. Would recommend their service!

Everything from then on was smooth and hassle-free. We gave dimensions, chose our tiles, and a worker arrived punctually one morning to see the job done. We noticed some slight imperfections a few hours after the tiles went up, so notified them of it. Less than 5 minutes later the worker magically showed up and rectified all problems! We're very pleased with the results of their work, which exceeded our expectations. We'd also like to thank them for maintaining excellent communication - replies were always prompt and courteous. Overall very impressed and highly recommend.

Jason came over after my call, provided solution patiently and scheduled well for everything. What’s worth to mention is that on the actual day, one of my old tiles got cracks which may affect the pattern for the fixed area, Jason is able to recommend alternative solution promptly and managed to complete the work within the same day.
