β β β β β Extremely poor management of staff. Those applying for positions with the School please read through your contracts carefully. School has competent Lecturers though.

β β β β β I attended the basic photography class with the August intake. The photography class has been postponed a few times since June as there weren't enough students to make up a class. I was also disappointed because the important skills of photography (e.g. basic photography rules, aperture and shutter settings) weren't taught. However the outdoor task was fun and I managed to learn the various shots. For the price of $128 (free under the SkillsFuture credit), perhaps the lecturer could have covered more stuff.

β β β β β Lousy service. Called and leave my name and contact number. Consultant message me to ask questions one by one. Why can't she call me to find out what I am looking for. Shame on TMC. So many years here but no customer service. Like this who wants to spend alot of money to study here!

β β β β β I once asked some information from TMC by filling the enquiry form. No further business thereafter. But they kept spamming my emails and WhatsApp by sending advertisements. Itβs likely uncomfortable for me. Just advise be careful to expose your personal information.
