Unfriendly staff, practises double standards. Chased away all the asian parents waiting for their kids, yet cowered at the presence of caucasians who were also waiting. Questioned Asian parents who entered the pool, but did not dare to speak up to caucasian parents. If you have a no waiting policy, then it should be enforced across all races and nationality. Enough large pools to accommodate plenty of children and adults. Entrance can also be paid via EZ-link or ActiveSG account. There's vending machines inside and outside of the pool area. Shower rooms are clean with mostly functional showers. Do bring your body wash and shampoo as this is after all a public pool.

Clean pool and crew are always on floor to take care people, best time to swim during weekdays to avoid crowd. Clean changing room, couldn't ask for more! 5 stars!

Unpleasant experience with a staff who has approached me and my kids in a rude manner. Despite seeing my hands are full with handling my kids, she provoked us further with all types of rules. ?

Best memories here ever. Used to have my taekwondo grading sessions here. Everyone was scattered all over outside the hall while waiting for their turn to go in and perform their specific belt's level poomsae. Sometimes it is nerve-racking as your instructors remind you to execute each kick and punch swiftly with force, something that the examiner will be looking out for.

The workers here is the most patient I have ever encountered,i must say that.. Me and my girlfriend we are from other country and we need an account to buy pass,but we have no sg phone number to do it,but they helped us created one by other way, it really means a lot ❤️great professionals!! Toa Payoh Swimming Complex offers outdoor pool that's warm. Many families like to come here with their young children because there is a pool which is catered to younger children. You can book your ticket on Active SG App prior to visit. The lanes of the competition pool is well segregated with a choice of wider lanes that is catered for more people to swim. Noted that the shallow children pool is closed. Pool and toilet are clean for all. There's also hand dryer at the toilet. Toilets are spacious and showerheads are big. Basins are huge as well. You can keep your bags at the lockers. It's very safe. There are some vending machines for you to purchase drinks if needed. Noted there's no water cooler. For those who wish to wait for their children can sit at the benches which even have Chinese chess and checkers on the table for those who are interested to play. If you go in the evening, you also get to enjoy very beautiful skies when the sun sets. #ILoveToaPayohSwimmingComplex
