Top condo in Singapore for location. Units feel a bit cheap and the quality isn't awesome. They do have the best amenities of a condo in Singapore. The gym oversees Marina Bay which is beautiful to work out to.

Very nice condo...good security system... swimming pool ,gym,spa, basement downtown mrt,lot of shops..very nice view of Marina bay sands from the sail.quite and cute place i have ever seen

Need to give a 5-star for its location. Like what many says, it offers the best view of the National Day Fireworks on 09-August (Singapore National Day). On connectivity, it is also near to the Downtown Station (Downtown Line) and within walking distance to Raffles Place (interchange station on North-South and East-West Line). Visited a 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Unit. A unique feature will be that the ensuite bathroom comes with a bath tub for you to lay down, relax and let the water takes the stress away from your body.

One of my favorite place in singapore. For me the view is better than MBS.

Stayed there on a 6 months lease. Shared a large 3 bedroom with two other tenants on the 50th floor. Unit was managed by the The Sail’s own building management. The staff of the building claimed a scratch on the floor as a reason to withhold my bond. This is an absolute farce. Never got my bond back. Only learnt later that under Section 10 of the reference “A Guide to Tenancy Disputes” issued by the State Courts of Singapore, specifically states : ‘10.Fair Wear and Tear At the end of the tenancy, the tenant is expected to return the premises to the landlord. However, it is unreasonable to expect no changes to the premises after living there for some time. Hence, the tenancy agreement usually provides that the tenant only has to return the premises close to the original condition. The term used in the tenancy agreement for example, may be “excluding reasonable wear and tear” or “fair wear and tear excepted”. This refers to the damage that occurs as a result of reasonable usage or normal aging. This means it is not reasonable for the landlord to insist on the tenant paying for example, replacing the door, repainting the whole house or re-tiling the whole floor because of a few scratches due to normal usage or aging.’ The Sail advertise itself as a 6 star condo. But it’s managed like a 2 star hotel. Poor management that doesn’t care about the comfort of the tenants only filling up the rooms, cheap furnishings in the apartment (old worn out ikea furniture, 2 seater couch for an apartment shared with 3 people, etc.), has a shady reputation, cold atmosphere, a nightmare to get home to during F1 or a marathon as all normal road access to the condo are blocked for these events. Only thing going for it is it’s location and the view of my apartment facing the F1 track across the water. Would not recommend renting this place.

Very modern with state-of-the-art design. Many good eateries. Really spoilt for choice.

Stayed here when I was an international student few years back. This place is stunning with the views of Marina Bay. Of course, I recommend staying the higher floors, except, those take forever to get up with the lifts serving so many floors. Sometimes, it goes under cloud cover on rainy days, magical. Be prepared for MBS to play their music every night, also National Day Parade will have fighter jets doing fly pass every weekend. Also lots of carnivals blasting music around here too. Bustle it must.
