Tocco Toscao bags do live up to its durability and name. The leather imported and used for the products are of good quality and the stitching is done with much precision. Tocco Tocco Toscano was the first to pop into my mind since many of my friends have own at least 1 or 2 of the products and they are full of praises for it. Good quality & nice designs!

I had purchased the Aimee Work Bundle on Toscano's website in Jan 2020. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one star for this product is due to the many compartments of the two bags which makes it very useful. However, the leather used for the bag is definitely sub-par as there have been several marks/scratches on the bag although I hardly use it due to the work-from-home arrangement from early 2020. It is the only leather bag I have whose leather is so prone to wear and tear. Would strongly recommend anyone to not purchase this bag due to the sub-par exterior leather.

(This review is about online purchase and not the physical store.) I ordered the Aimee Deskpad online as a gift and had a terrible experience with the logistics provider Ninjavan which resulted in the item being sent back to Tocco Toscano. However, I really appreciate that they personally sent one of their staff to deliver the item the day they received the return, rather than having me wait another 3 business days for another provider to deliver it. Really pleasant customer service experience and I can tell they did everything they could to resolve the issue. The item was well-received and of excellent quality!

(It's a long review regarding online purchase, just read the next and the last paragraph if you don't have time to read the rest.) The bag quality is realllllly goood but the delivery was a disaster. I am an overseas customer, so I did not purchase at store. I intend comment on the online purchase. My sis bought a bag from Tocco in April 2022, she got the bag one week after the order was made. I expected the same speed to get the bag upon purchase, but it took me 1.5 months to get the bag after I ordered. The customer service replied timely when I sent enquiries regarding the order, however the information provided was not useful. The CS claimed I ordered pre-order item therefore the order was to be shipped in June 2022. While I was pretty clear that I was ordering in-stock item, the item was still marked "in stock" when I sent enquiries to the shop. The order was suddenly shipped when I challenged their claim. It took two weeks to deliver the bag. The bag is in good quality, but the shipping takes almost forever. My advice to potential customers: if you are as impatient as me who don't like to wait, please choose express shipping method.
