Beautifully crafted masterpieces, lovely scarf used as board games, mobile study table, bicycle carrier bag, nice white leather stitched shoes, watch, leather jacket, leather dress, whiskey bottle that looks like a camera, saddle bag hand stitched. Thank you Hermes for showcasing the rich history behind the scenes. Enjoyed it much ❤️

A	A AS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a bag without the “display only” tag. So I wanted to buy it. The sales women refused and started to make lies that this is not for sale. It's funny how rude and disrespectful this can be to a customer welling to pay a great amount of money on a piece. I usualy get my bags through personal shoppers to avoid this treatment. Well done Hermes. Your customers avoid going to your stores! Perhaps not a customer anymore!
L	LL Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocked at the poor service by the doorman! Pop by the store to pick up something when I passed by today and there was no one in queue outside the door. The doorman simply stared at me from inside and when I pushed open the door, he just asked if I have an appointment. When I answered no cos I just passed by and wanna get something I recall. Then he say ok, and closed the door at me implying that I should wait outside! I was expecting him to invite me in to wait but he made me stood outside while he get a staff to come out and ask me what I want??‍♀️ Do I look like Covid virus to keep me out?! Sorry but this kind of service doesn’t live up to the brand at all. If you don’t take pride or aren’t up for the job, please let someone else do it! Terrible! Apparently now that I read up, the doorman is always the common complaint. The management ought to do something about it, that’s if they still bother about their brand image.
A	A Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guard is very rude - we were very bluntly told off, to stand outside & wait on a raining day & there was no one else in the line. Nothing wrong with waiting but it’s the arrogant tone & gestures that left a distaste. Being the first point of contact for client before entering the store, it doesn’t reflect well the service or image of the brand. As a luxury store, the very minimum is to treat client with respect and communicate in a nicer tone. Don’t act like some big shot and as if clients owe him anything.

Bought many accessories including this pair of shoes which is the Best Buy for me! Comfortable and light. Yet sturdy to walk in. And good price too for such well made shoes. Thanks a lot Laiza ?
