Had a wonderful experience getting a bouquet from Toki. The florist was very friendly and helpful, and really helped me with my decision making process (ended up getting a rustic set). There was zero hard selling, and could tell that they want their customers to get the most appropriate item based on occasion. Not to mention the bouquet was also beautifully arranged, and very worth it. Would definitely go back to Toki for any special occasions in the future!

What can I say about Toki.Sg.... They are nothing short of what you call... Brilliance. I was sourcing for vendors, to decorate my event venue for my proposal to my significant other... it was a long and hectic process as I had to ensure that the decor that the vendor provides suits the theme and colour scheme of the venue as well. I want through a list of about 8 to 12 vendors before I came into knowledge of Toki.Sg... and wow wow wow.... let me share with you with I decided to go for Toki.Sg. During my quest to find the "perfect" decoration setups.... I noticed that many companies/vendors were not only charging me prices that do not compare to the value of what you are getting, but also, they were engaging me in a way where.... they will just show me what they can provide me based on my budget and what services I am able to receive. It was more of like a business to consumer relationship kind of "feeling". However, somehow I came across Toki.Sg's contact via my venue vendor and decided to just give it a try to enquire on their rates and decor setups... To my surprise, not only were they value for money,... they were also SUPERRR ENGAGING in helping me brainstorm the different ideas on how the setups can be done so as to ensure a successful proposal. I still remember vividly how we were literally discussing and exchanging ideas for an hour, this made me feel that Toki.Sg is not just "another" vendor.. but they were literally on this journey with me even though I haven't engaged them. Thus, the decision to go for TokiSg has been ignited. During the actual day, they came early to prepare and even finished the setup early even before I reached the venue!! They took pictures and videos of their setup for me and were literally STILL giving and sharing with me ideas on different ways to execute my proposal. When I arrived... WOW.... it was one of the nicest setups I have ever seen.... No regrets.... no hassle... just pure perfection... Thank you... TokiSg... for being on this journey with me...

Service 10 out of 10 Patience 100 out of 10 I was impressed by their service as i took two weeks later to decide on my proposal plan and they were very accommodating as I was not replying very fast. They are not just selling their services to us but ensuring all plan goes well for my proposal. They check out with me on what kind of rooms I have booked for my hotel. And they will update me on how my fiancée should open the door to ensure the best experience for my proposal. The whole experience was superb with them as the set up was so beautifully done up. By the way, if you were to go to Fullerton Bay Hotel to do this, you will have to pay more. Their price is really reasonable and it will depend on the set up you want. Lastly, a big thank you to them. We were late for the proposal timing as I set it at 7.30pm but our dinner ended up finishing late at 8.15pm. They waited for me to finish the proposal before coming in to tear them the setup. They some more whatsapp me first to ask whether it is convenient for them to come up to do the teardown. Where can you find such good service. Kudos to them and thank you so much for the wonderful service.

Been buying flowers from them for a number of years for my mum for her anniversary with my dad, as well as Valentine's Day. Service has always been excellent, and most importantly, mum has always been delighted with the quality of flowers. definitely my go to florist!

ordered a bouquet and input the wrong unit number, and only realised it on the day of delivery. they were super kind to help me amend my mistake and provided timely updates on the delivery. super gorgeous and affordable preserved flowers, highly recommend to everyone !! thank you for making the delivery so smooth i really appreciate it?
