★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fishes are freshly slaughtered and has not 'mud' taste. The fish is filleted for you and is bone free. I have not tasted such fresh and succulent fish for a long long time. There is no water used to clean the fish, a very unique method of slaughtering, thus keeping the fresh and tasty.
I would recommend that of you want to buy toman/ snakehead to make fish slice soup or noodle, the fish meat from this stall will not disappoint you.
This is my second visit to this stall and I bought a whole fish this time. I would not have done justice to this stall if I do not do a write up on this stall.
