β β β β β Context: it was my first time trying out this platform. I applied for two tutoring assignments through their telegram channel, and after everything was done there was a pop-up asking if I wanted to forward my details to my agent via WhatsApp. I went with it.
The agent was completely unresponsive. To this day all the messages I sent remains at one grey tick (meaning the messages werenβt even received by the agent?), and when I tried calling no one picked up either.
I did try contacting their help desk, but they said they couldnβt help much with this and that I could only keep trying to call the agent. They did offer to refund me the coins (used to apply for the jobs) though, which was nice. But I think more needs to be done to ensure that agents are responsive and responsible because there was really nothing else I could do after applying for the tutoring assignments. And of course I didnβt get those assignments in the end.
