H	Hc Ting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air con not cold, went there to do gas refueled. Boss said maybe gas leaking and charged me only $20, however if leak repair was needed, might cost about $1500. Indeed, after about a week air con not cold again but didn’t go back to this shop but went to another shop to do gas refueled instead! The air con is still cold after more than two weeks!

R	Rockorolla Noah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to tomika to change my cooling coil.When i drove my car home, i noticed that the car was not as cold as it used to be (when it is good) though a bit better than what i am previously experiencing. To my dismay, two days later, my aircon have the hissing sound again and the old problem is back. Went back to the shop other Tomika staff handled me. Now i was told that the condenser spoiled. this time decided not to change when to KATC AUTO they solve my problem and guess what tomika didnt replaced my cooling coil KATC said the cooling coil is as dirty and not NEW . feel cheated
C	Chuan Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to them with air con not cold issue. Outside Mechanic alrdy diagnosed as compressor faulty. Told them abt it but instead Tomika saw it as coil dirty issue. Cleaned and I had to pay $180 (before GST), lasted only overnight. Abt 5 hrs downtime. Next day, Back to square 1..... Called boss and was told to bring back to change compressor + given half price discount from last session. Why make customers run twice ? They even spoilt my in car LED strip and was unaware of it until I mentioned. Bring your ride in to them at your own risk. Highly not recommended..... My mileage only abt 37k km yet I need to go back more than once to the so called air con specialist ? Why can’t they get the job right 1st time ? More like they are the Air Con specialist specialised in con job !
R	RGSEVEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are truly aircon experts. My car aircon was barely cold during the CNY period and most workshops were quick to conclude that its a compressor problem. However, when I brought my car to Tomika (Alexendra) their mechanics immediately did a proper check using their equipment and then only did they conclude that the condenser was leaking. I requested them to start the repair job soonest and one gentleman named Mr Ong promptly ordered the spare part and assured me that the repair could be completed by late afternoon. After that, my air con functioned as per normal. Strongly recommend this place....

Due to the high cost of repair, they recommended me to check with agent first in case it is covered under warranty so I don't waste money. Tomika charged me nothing for the work they did. Look for Kevin, highly recommended.
L	Lawrence Soh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just found out what a mess Tomika did to my Ferrari dashboard when they fixed the evaporator/fan coil in my car last year. I recently sent my car to BVO Auto at Sin Ming to troubleshoot the noise and clear my sticky buttons on my dashboard and to my horror, loose screws and wires were found and double sided tape was used to glue the components together by Tomika when they accessed the fan coils through the dashboard!
