Pricing was transparent, the assigned personnel and customer service agent were both knowledgeable and efficient. And they also followed up with the customer for feedback after completion, which isn't as common as you might think. Highly recommended.

The technicians who arrived were really efficient and friendly and were able to fix our aircon completely in just a short span of time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I are relatively new to Singapore and new to these quarterly AC cleanings. Friends of ours recommended DW Aircon. We've been extremely happy with their service. Joanna and Gene, in the customer service team, are always fast and extremely helpful with answering questions.
The technician, Mr Murthi, is always impeccable, friendly and professional. He's also very clean, leaving no trace that he was ever here. Which is not the case for a lot of AC work we've had done with prior companies.

Technician: Mr Ramesh is very punctual & provides quality service. Fast & efficient in his job including proper cleaning of Aircon & checking of compressor. Quite honest and provides good advice.
They are quite flexible as the technician arrives 1 hour before the scheduled appointment but happen that my hubby is having a conference meeting. So the technician left and came back on schedule time.
