It states on the website to call and check for more details on items sold, but calling the hotline is useless because they obviously have no intention of sharing more details . Called in to enquire about some glass ware. Salestaff just kept cutting me off and telling me to come down to the showroom because I quote "it's impossible for them to share all the products that they have". Before I could follow-up with another question. I was rudely cut me off with a bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them over the phone they said they can't help me as they dont remember all the products even though I gave them very detailed specifications. So I travelled down to see the samples but the ppl inside are sarcastic. As one person was checking for me by calling her supplier, the other person said in hokkien "just tell her don't have lar and ask her to go". Well, if there really isnt a product i want just let me know and i will go away instead of having them chatting in hokkien loudly asking me to go as if I don't understand what they are saying. wasted trip and an eye opener that such shop can survive in singapore...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed system. Prices are set according to the aunty you’re dealing with. Came here several times to buy 100 pcs of the same item but they can actually quote different prices everytime, depending on their mood or whether they remember you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and angst staff, especially if you are a walk in customer and purchasing at very small quantity. Practically every bottle/container I ask for they told me don't have. Better to find the stuff you want yourself, and ask till they give you an answer. However, if you are looking purchasing in large quantity and looking for a wide selection, they do have many different styles.. just prepared to be yelled at by the old aunties there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every bottle you could possibly want. They have an extensive selection of bottles from drinking bottles to perfume to storage to medical. Mostly for commercial trade I presume but they also do retail if you visit the store. If you are looking for a fancy retail outlet this isn't for you, but if you want every bottle you can think of at cheap prices, this place is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very accommodating, offered to opened up new pack to make up for request order quantity.
To be frank, they cater mostly to companies with large quantity orders so walk in for small quantities depends on whether they have leftovers from package to make up for your u request.
overall, they do sell all kinds of plastic and glass containers for your needs and orders are guarantee if you are buying in large orders. otherwise still, try your luck.
ps. it is a an old traditional business so don't expect the folks to be tech-savvy or is well verse in the art of telemarketing.
