omgggg can’t imagine I waited 40 minutes for the bus in NTU. It’s not just about bus bunching, on weekend only 1 bus in service how to bunch??? Took 40 minutes to go around a 5km loop omggg Sometimes during peak hour on weekdays they also have only 1 bus???? Very poor schedule planning

Appalling service! Buses are rarely if ever on time, drivers are uncaring on the best of days and are just plain rude on bad ones, and outages of their bus tracking API are just way too common. Its SHOCKING that a company like this is still in business.

The bus was full and we cannot get on to the bus, so have to wait for the next bus. But the next bus terminated service at Saraca hall, so have to wait for the next bus. The next bus terminated at saraca again. Have to wait for the next bus. The next bus, as expected of Tong Tar, terminate service at saraca as well. So Have to wait for the next bus. The next bus just drove away without stoping because it was too full. End up walking to class. NTU bus service is quite bad. The bus schedule planning is poor and lack common sense. Bus bunching is a common occurrence. The buses terminate service so frequently and consecutively..?!? Cant imagine I waited 25 minutes for the bus on a weekday peak hour and end up walking to the class The university and the company are trying their best to improve the situation. But due to the enormous amount of fundamental problems and the lack of common sense with their transportation service, there is no way to improve despite the efforts from the parties involved.

Drivers that love spending quality time with each other during peak periods like lunch and dinner. Results? 3 buses back to back and then 40mins without a single bus in sight. The 1st will always be full, 2nd will be about half full. And the third bus will just enjoy the drive around ntu. Fantastic service if you want to leave early and end up late. It will be to your delight when you find out that a normal 15min bus ride by SBS will actually take tong tar about an hour(When they appear btw) Hey, at least they look cute travelling together like a caterpillar :')

Everyday around 10am, all the red buses will disappear and terminate service at the same time. The bus stops downstream of the terminating station will have to wait at least 30 minutes for the next bus. And what’s funny is when they start bus at saraca, especially for red loop, they don’t care where the buses already in service are located. Even though the bus just pass the starting station, they will start a new bus anyway, never care about space out the buses equally across the loop.

Horrendous service in NTU. No buses during peak hours with up to 30 minutes of waiting time, drivers put up "off service" cards as they like, some drivers are unnecessarily rude. I'm so glad NTU is changing vendors because we've had enough of subpar service. Please don't try to justify buses being late/bunching because we know what we went through. There's a bus schedule for a reason and if your employees can't even follow that, why even provide a service at all? Unreliable and thoroughly disappointing.

Pioneer MRT is not a single lane road, but a two lane road also can have 2 buses arriving at the same time. Don't say single lane road can't overtake hor.

I really like the service this company provides. The drivers that I had for these past few years were friendly, polite, and most importantly, on time. The staff will let me know if the driver is late or there will be a change of different driver for my kids. Will recommend this company to anyone for the great assurance.
