β β β β β Ridiculously slow service and extremely pushy with their packages. Waited in queue for 1 hour and only 1 person entered (fyi, there were only 2 other customers in the shop at that time). Stylists take their own sweet time with the cut when there's a long line of customers outside. I've got short hair yet the cut took a whole 30min. Hair cut was mediocre, but for $5 I can't complain. Stylists try to sweet talk you into purchasing a whole bunch of packages ("today is the last day of promo for this oily scalp package", when I declined, the stylist tried to push me into purchasing a 14-cut package with no expiriration date blah blah).
This place just lost my business. First visit here but also my last. Will not patronise again. Horrible way to run a business.
