First time massage only $28 ... 2nd time would be $68.... But it really loosen my upper back tight knots?

Cheap and friendly staff. But 1st time shave and left cuts on my leg. And recent visit they forgot to do shaving entirely before my laser hair removal. So angry that i have to check and remind them constantly.

Worst service ever. I went for leg waxing and had such a bad experience. Staffs were very unfriendly and rude. They were rushing to finish it off and they didnt even complete it properly. The place was not well maintained and the quality of wax was very bad!! Overall, worst beauty salon i hv ever been to and its worth shutting down!

Have taken deal on fav for IPL full leg hair removal, but not getting any result even after 3-4 sessions. The staff is always in rush to funito it off. No quality in service. I don't recommend this place for IPL hair removal..

Thank you for all your help. Your service was excellent and very FAST. for the waxing they change stick for every customer. Easily accessible and very affordable! The staff here are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend to come here!

Ultra rude staff (in particular Maggie Lim, I actually had good experiences with some other staff) insisted they don't honor appointments after more than 15 mins, and wanted to send me away. When I pointed out that I was just 10 mins late, not 15, Maggie made super sarcastic remarks about me for nitpicking, multiple times. Why bother spending money at a salon that makes you feel like that? Update: it never gets better. 1. They recorded my appt time wrongly, 630pm vs 7pm (I was super sure because I would never leave work before 630). Then when I arrived, made me wait 30 mins before saying they can't service me. 2. Called to change appt timing, and as expected, receptionist hung up on me and rudely asked me to call back while she does other work. If I could give less than 1 star, this would definitely be the place. do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost.

Came here for waxing and attended by Maggie Lim. She did everything in a rush, which means she spread the wax right away and it burnt my skin! I have informed her consistently. Also note that they repetitively dip the same stick to the wax after applying to every customer. See it for yourself! The room is dirty too, the clothes are stained.
