Some people may be having good experience but I feel I should share mine as well. I had a real bad experience from Mr Terry from whom we hired helper. He provided an incapable helper and later didn't even provided replacement. When we wanted to release our helper, Terry never turned up despite he agreed. No response to our multiple calls and chats. He just kept ignoring. I paid 2000$ and had to release helper in just 4 months.
I even called MOM to seek their help, and they also mentioned they received multiple complaints about the agency. We have suffered a lot due to this agency and helper and I want no one else to go through the bad phase we went through.Thnx.
