★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Very poor workmanship and equally sloppy supervision. Almost everything had to be rectified and reworked multiple times, causing delays and added costs. No accountabilty, No real attention to quality or details. Always ready with excuses when problems pointed out. Delay after delay. Nightmarish contractor architect.

As with any service-based contract, much also depends on the client's every changing demands especially since house projects take months if not years to complete. But kudos to the team for always doing what it takes to finish up the job so that all parties are fairly treated. Professionalism is getting the job done despite the challenges.

A very difficult time during this covid period, there were delays but we eventually moved into a fabulously designed house that we truly love.
