There's a staff at the front counter that keeps humming the same song over and over again loudly. It was so mentally torturing. I had to change seats from the designated area to another part of the clinic to lessen the sound. To be fair, the medical attention was good. I have hence given 4 stars.

Have been with this clinic since 2014. Good doctor consultation. Good service support. Wishing all of you a blessed new year 2022.

The phone number never got through since trying for two work days. Something is wrong with the clinic management if service staff is so busy to even pick up a call. Callers who can't get through will eventually turn up physically at the clinic and staff will get even more busy. It's a vicious cycle. I'm commenting this as I'm an existing customer that have used the clinic three times or more. Update to owner's reply: 1) If your main line is being used, then make sure you have a messaging system or just let it be engaged so that caller can try again later. FYI, I did visit the clinic about 2 hours after unsuccessful calling. 2) If you want patients to walk-in to clinic for urgent condition, I'm sure that's my point. Do you want patient to walk-in just for an enquiry? I was specifically asking to make an appointment for PCR test, why make me visit the clinic unnecessarily? And, if it takes 2 - 3 days to reply an email, my helper would have missed her flight waiting to schedule an appointment for PCR test... 3) I mentioned that I'm an existing customer because I have my helper and mother as patients of the clinic where I paid for their medical expenses. Lastly, I have seen clinic opened and closed in this precinct for as long as I have lived in this neighbourhood. If you want a successful practice, do what is right. That's all I can advise. There are other clinics patients can go to, especially when they are being turned away by not being able to contact the clinic.

I went to the clinic at 1pm, wanted to get tested for covid and get medication - was told to come back at 3.30pm as that's when the testing will be available. Also asked how long the wait would be as I have another appointment at 5pm. walked back home in the hot sun and decided to rest until 3.20 walked back to the clinic again in the heat reached the clinic @3.30pm and was told to wait another hour or so. I understand clinics/doctors/staff can be busy, but it's not hard to: 1) ask me at 1pm if i could put my name in the register/waitlist first 2) got referred to another nearby clinic. needed to prompt the service staff to check if it's a long queue too 3) already displeased, not sure i needed to register and also asked about my insurance 4) dont see why there is a long wait, apart from me there was only another patient already making payments! I don't share a lot of complains but the staff need to empathise that many patients walk in unwell, the last thing we need is to be treated like musical chairs. please do the public a favour and delist yourself from google maps so patients can search for better nearby clinics

If you are not a chronic patient and just want to walk-in for sudden conditions, DO NOT GO! Nice doctors but extremely unhelpful staff and extremely unfriendly system. You will feel that you are on your own and nobody cares at all. Went there when I had a 38.3 degrees fever from food poisoning because it’s close to my boyfriend’s workplace and he could respond if there is an emergency. I registered at 9am. The receptionist told me that doctor would only come in at 10am and there was a 1 hour wait time AFTER I had registered. I was confused (38.3 degrees fever) and asked her if that meant I’ll be seen at 10am or 11am. She told me it would be 10am so I sat down and waited. I waited all the way until 11am and my condition had gotten so bad that I couldn’t sit up properly and started crying uncontrollably. It was during my wait time there that I developed a splitting headache that I still suffer from now. I found a receptionist and simply asked her what was the new expected waiting time. I knew that patients with appointments had priority over me in seeing the doctor, so I never requested to skip the queue. I simply asked for an updated wait time so that I could decide if I wanted to wait here any longer. Instead of helping, the receptionist simply said she didn’t know because the doctor decided who gets seen first. I was ok with that and asked her if she could ask the doctor. She ignored my request and simply started emotionally blackmailing me about how those patients with appointments were chronic patients, about how they were older than me and came to the clinic on empty stomachs. It’s confusing why chronic patients with appointments were assigned the same doctor as walk-ins when they have many doctors and consultation rooms, but I didn’t press on that. I repeated that I just wanted to know the updated wait time and tried solving the issue by asking about ways I could be informed about my queue number being called (so that I could go somewhere else and rest first). My suggestions were ignored. I pointed out that since these priority patients had appointments, maybe she could give me an estimated wait time based on that. She simply said that the appointments were full and anyone who had an appointment will be placed in front of me. That was ridiculous. So even someone who came way outside of their appointment time (let’s say they showed up at 11am for their 2pm appt) had priority over walk-in patients? Then what is the point of appointments? Isn’t the whole point of appointments to spread out the inflow of patients so that everyone could wait less and the staff have an idea of who will show up when? Every time I tried to suggest something, the receptionist would say she didn’t know, talk about how other patients were more fragile, or simply gave me silence. I ended up being in so much pain that I had to go home and rest without seeing the doctor. Because of that I missed the morning opening hours for other clinics and had to wait quite a few hours before I got medical help from another clinic. I reached before the crowd came in, so why couldn’t the staff take a minute to to explain to me the situation properly? I had also been here once before on a lucky day and I never knew about the whole chronic-patients-coming-in-with-empty-stomachs situation until this visit. I have seen other reviews from months ago with the same issue and the clinic’s reply to them. The burden to know shouldn’t be on the patients. It’s the clinic’s responsibility to inform! If you work mostly with elderly patients, shouldn’t you understand the importance of active communication even more? How would we even know that we should google and read your website? You acknowledge that you are a special clinic with many other functions, then take the responsibility of informing walk-in patients who are obviously not your priority! Imagine having being very sick and being told that you are at fault for not understanding that this clinic is different from others because you didn’t do your research before coming! Madness!

Had a very bad and terrible experience here. I understand there's a staff shortage but the anxious staff running up and down the clinic made the situation even worse. No systematic procedures at all. The staff were so rude and not compassionate at all especially the lady at registration counter. She did not give me clear instructions and I even felt like she is trying to turn away patients with covid-like symptoms. She is not helpful at all. There's one younger lady beside this "unhelpful registration counter lady". It was my first visit and I was clueless of what to do. She didn't bother to help me as well even though she is free. She even ignored my question. Bad service! A staff helped me to do ART swab. The same, no clear instructions and not gentle. She didn't tell me she is going to do a swab also?! She even wore her PPE incorrectly. Then what's the point?! The staff here really gave me a very bad impression. Will not come here anymore!

One of the not so pleasant experience. I started joining the queue at 2.30 pm and waited for half an hour. When it was finally my turn at 3pm, the nurse asked me politely what was the purpose of the visit and I told her it was for my eczema. She made a call and she asked me to come back at 5pm as the doctor was too busy to take more patients. I had to wait for two hours and came back to queue again with no guarantee whether I could get a slot. Eventually, I gave up on waiting as I didn’t want to waste more of my time. I could understand the clinic was apparently understaffs. But it was not pleasant to ask the patient to have to spend for nearly half day to get a maybe 5-10 minutes-consultation. Just a personal feedback, if the clinic can’t take more patients in future, maybe can put a signboard at the reception to indicate the waiting time, so the patients can make an arrangement to whether come back at the indicated time or next day. But I will definitely not consider to come back again.

Never easy in the service line so we are truly appreciative for the positive experience here. Brought my mum here for the first time and we saw Dr Oh who is nice, caring and patient. He's truly concerned for the patient. Mum feels very assured and glad. There's also this awesome energizer recept specs lady running around very attentive to the patients, overseeing and tending to requests and needs of the people there as well. Can be quite crowded.
