Re: Poor and rude service attitude from Topseller's sales representative, Jessie Chua 蔑晓雁 Since early 2019, the abovementioned sales representative Jessie Chua has been appointed to serve our company's purchase order needs. Our very first impression and several experiences with her service have been very unsatisfactory and unpleasant due to her service attitude which is proud and inattentive. She could be new to her job but it is not an excuse for her to be rude in her attitude and her way of talking to Topseller's customers. We have been tolerant with her attitude until 24 April 2019 around 12 noon, when she came to us to collect payment for invoices. At that time, we were busy with doing business with our customers. She walked into our shop looking grumpy and without greeting, as usual. She then simply passed us the documents which were already amended a few times previously, due to her/her supervisor, Jimmy's erroneous computation. Jessie Chua simply stood there in our shop doing nothing and we had to compute the total amount payable for her. This was not the case from former Topseller's sales representative who would advise us on the total payable amount to facilitate the payment process. For payment accuracy, we had to ask Jessie Chua to tell us the exact amount payable after taking in all the credit notes/rebates. Only then she took out her calculator to compute. Yet, with calculator, she still computed the total payable amount wrongly, as she mistook the credit note amount as invoice amount. We had to point out to her and she did not even thank or apologize over her miscomputation. After we wrote a cheque, she wrote a receipt. And when we checked against her written receipt against the exact invoices and credit notes, we noticed the credit note number was wrongly written. Again, we took time to point out to her. She did not even thank or apologize for her mistake again. As we lost confidence over her repeated carelessness, we had to check over her writing/computation while we still need to serve our walk-in customers. We were disappointed over her poor and unapologetic attitude. As we were checking on the documents, she had been showing impatience and told us in an unfriendly tone that she wanted to leave. We were very unhappy upon hearing what she said. She caused us wasting our time because of her carelessness and yet she was impatient? We were busy doing our shop business at that point of time and we had to attend to her payment collection and few careless mistakes. Yet she said she needed to rush off? We would want to order goods from her but looking at her poor attitude, we would rather order with others. We had unpleasant argument with her at the shop and we took back our cheque while she took back her written receipt. She rushed off from our shop after she argued with us, claiming that she was rushing time. As we called her, she just walked away. This was really very rude to customers. All the unpleasant incidents with Topseller's sales representatives were recorded by CCTV. We have no issue with all our suppliers' sales representatives and bosses as all of us are understanding and respectful, except Topseller's sales person, Jessie Chua and her superior, Jimmy Chu. Previous Topseller's sales representatives before Jessie Chua were all quite service orientated. We are in service sector and we have come across a lot of sales persons, but we can tell that Jessie Chua is not the kind of nature who is suitable for service related profession. We would want a personal apology from Jessie Chua. Beforehand, we would not encourage our peers or others to deal with Topseller's sales reprentatives. We had written to feedback to Topseller's online feedback portal on 24 April 2019 detailing the poor attitude of Jessie Chua and the incident. However, it had been over 3 working days (per Topseller's written guide) and yet we have not received any response. We strongly do not wish to recommend any dealings with Topseller's sales representatives especially Jessia Chua and Jimmy Chu.
