★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First trip to TB was leaving contact details for a pair of classic slip ons that has not arrived in SG; didnt receive any news nor msgs for a month or so despite saying that they will check with HKG and let me know thereafter. Second trip was to get a gift and luckily was assisted by Francis who is so patient, professional, sincere and offered many different options and possibilities. He even elaborated on how they can get my gift delivered at any later date straight to recipient, accompanied by a birthday card that I wrote on spot. At this time where retail is quite cold, bet we are always happy to receive warmth of live beings anytime. Thank you for making my shopping day Francis!
