★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just walked out of the store after ordering a coat I’ve been eyeing for a while. Paul is excellent! He helped me find the right size and fit, even though the store didn’t carry the size I needed. He even ordered it to the store so I could pick up in a week. I can’t wait to come back for my coat!
Edited to add(Nov 30th): Picked up my coat today! I ordered the wrong size and Paul went above and beyond to make sure I went home with the right size/color! I highly recommend him for his excellent work ethic and dedication to customer service. I will only shop at this Burberry outlet if I ever return to Singapore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a terrible experience both times I was there :( the staff was extremely apprehensive about letting us view the display. The male staff on duty was polite (thus 2 star instead of 1), but the lady staff stopped him from getting bag options for our viewings when we enquired about various styles. Decided not to make a purchase in the end cause of their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad shopping.., was not greeted by staff . Went on 09 Jan 0930pm. The lady staff was also interested in her phone. The guy at least try his best to serve us. Understand was late but retail depends on service and staff to bring shopper a fantastic shopping experience but unfortunately it was not at Burberry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce greeted me warmly upon my visit at the store, service with a smile and impeccable product knowledge, giving me all sort of recommendations of burberry latest collection n colours, finally i decided on lola's Cross body bag taupe,orange & brown leather only to find out that its the 1 n only piece in SG, so happy ? to buy it home. Definitely will recommend my friends to burberry mbs, Cheers?

She send us off too! Such a nice gesture ! We hope in time to come get to serve by her again! Love the whole environment of the store . The colleagues very neat too! Nice uniform ? best of the best !
