★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew about this place through fitness first. My first visit all the way up to now, the staff are all very welcome and understanding especially when I forget my appointment dates. They always remind me when I need to come. Not only that the staff also are very concern about my back health which I felt was very pleasant.
The doctors who adjusted me also made me feel very comfortable before any adjustment. They made sure I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. I went there with lots of lower back discomfort. Now I am relieved of it. For the price I'm paying I believe its very worth because I now know that I have avoided having to do surgery on my back too.
All in all I have a very positive experience. 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffered pain on my upper back and left arm nerve 7 months ago, and I visited Total Health Chiropractic (Toa Payoh) to see if they could help me. Dr Dino assessed my body posture and explained the possible cause to the pain. After 7 months of adjustment by Dr Dino and Dr Marek, I feel much better. My posture has improved and the latest X-ray result has also shown more curvature in my cervical spine. My left arm nerve pain was long gone after a couple of adjustments at the start. I want to thank Dr Dino, Dr Marek and the team of staff for taking good care of me.

After getting the chiropractic treatment from Dr Marek and Dr Dino at the Toa Payoh clinic for about 9 months last year, I back pain is gone. I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended. In addition, the clinic has very friendly staff that help me to schedule and reschedule my appointment patiently. Thank you!
