I cannot say this enough.... the Organic Family Chiropractic team is truly a wonderful blessing to our community. I have known Dr Kylie even before she had OFC set up and running ... first adjustment and done..... I was hooked! She has been so amazing with helping with my care and also with my kids. My pregnancy journey was made so much more breezier with their wholesome care. I look forward to every adjustment session to make me feel like a brand new mama! My baby was breeched, but nearing the end of term, we managed to get her to turn!! And with my baby, it is always the case of an adjustment away from a good poo, good sleep and good mood! :-D All the doctors at OFC were amazing, and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Everyone wants to get in on the good things in life, so understandably they are always fully booked. That just shows how much families want to be cared for by OFC! To the incredibly friendly OFC team, thank you for the professional but also “family-like”, hospitable….and always enjoyable experience with you guys. Just like being at family gathering….doctors, staffs, mummies, daddies, grannies, kids, babies - everyone enjoying the care :)

It is very rewarding to have found Organic Family Chiropractic to care for my kids (even a newborn!) and my pregnancy journey. Our experiences here actually contribute to our well-being far better than the experiences with paedetricians or GPs. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been with Dr Kylie for 6+ years, even before OFC started. After years of suffering from bad migraines & only managing them by getting short term reliefs (I.e. painkillers), finally got to know about chiropractic care & permanently got it fixed when I met Dr Kylie who worked her magic hands. Dr Kylie also supported both my pregnancies = better everything. Shorter labour hours, easier pregnancy journey & quicker recovery post labour. No migraines and better immune (less doctor visits!) for my whole family makes a happy me. :D I’ve been adjusted by all the Doctors over at OFC and trust that all the Doctors are very friendly & caring, all of the same professional level and skills, always there to help you with any health issues/questions. Happy smiling faces always greeting me & my family the moment we step into the practice, the assistants at OFC are also always ready to help. And even when the practice gets busy and slots are full (almost always!), they will try their best to find the earliest available slot for me so I can get my adjustment done Definitely a family-friendly practice that we love to be a part of!

Snobbish and inflexible Chiropractic center. Worse experience I ever had. Before I went for my consultation, I asked how much their sessions would normally cost and they mentioned $75 and depending on how many sessions doctor will recommend. However, I didn't know the sessions prescribed were so inflexible with no room for discussion. If I know that, I wouldn't even spend $180 to have my first consult. The center insisted on me purchasing 24 sessions (even though I have not tried even a single session of adjustment with them and have no clue on the skill of the Doctor). Chiropractic is a quite a doctor specific treatment and so I think it's reasonable to first try at least a session with the doctor before committing to purchase a bigger package. The way the clinic tries to communicate in a way with potential loopholes with the intention to mislead but still holds certain level of ambuity which helps to cover themselves. All I say is, even if I've the money, I wouldn't visit this place. The way they communicated, left me feeling rather uncomfortable and unhappy.

Love Organic Family Chiro! As a first time mum I was skeptical about so-called alternative treatments, but when our baby presented as breech at 32 weeks we contacted our doula Leila and were recommended to Dr Kylie and her team. We were able to get a virtual consultation and learn more about breech protocol before going down for a very informative examination then going through results virtually - very organised and speedy considering the lack of time and seeking help during the pandemic. I found our treatment plan and next steps to be very practical and all the doctors were genuine, caring and knowledgeable despite adjustments being relatively short 15-20 minutes each time - able to get a lot of concerns addressed and chat about how we’re feeling/doing. Admin/payment is fast and convenient, and the lovely receptionists are always very responsive. Our baby decided not to turn at 38 weeks and we opted for a C section, but the care received from OFC was invaluable in helping us prepare for our baby - not just for getting strength/mobility back or to treat pain/discomfort, but also with managing our expectations and my anxiety about becoming a first time mum. Highly recommend any of the doctors here to care for you throughout pregnancy and your loved ones as well.

I have always had a few niggling pains and discomfort in my back and hips so have been to a chiropractor and osteopath before. Around 4 years ago, I started to get into running and upped my amount of fitness activities which highlighted these discomforts even more so I knew I needed a long term solution. I went for a consultation at Organic Family Chiropractic and loved their holistic approach. They built a programme around my needs. I signed up and started to see results very quickly (I was going twice a week for the first month) and was absolutely amazed. I've now been with them for over 2 years! I sleep well, my immune and digestive system function better and I feel so much stronger as my body is able to make all the connections I need. I cannot recommend Dr. Kylie and team enough. They are warm, welcoming, always on hand to help and to teach. All of the chiropractors take the time to explain what your body may be doing and what each adjustment should do. I have recommended them to many colleagues and friends who are now also part of the Tribe! Thank you Dr. Kylie & team!

Going to OFC for my Chiropractic adjustments has been the best decision made. The doctors are so kind. They not only assess my condition in detail, they listen to understand my ailments and do what is necessary without the hard sell. It has been great receiving care under OFC. Even my mum and daughter joined to receive care and adjustments. Been having better bodily function, stronger immunity, better sleep, & overall good health since getting our adjustments. I love OFC because of their holistic approach as well as their examination in their treatment. Aside from getting adjusted, the doctors listens and asks about your well being in order to "fix" you. I love that they do pre&postnatal care as well as paediatric care, which allow postpartum mums to continue their care pre and post pregnancy along with their baby (or not). Besides that, all the doctors and staffs there are really welcoming, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Thank you OFC for the wonderful service thus far!
