Exchange was made when the shoes came with scratches. And since I was eyeing on another pair, Meliza actually came with the shoes to let me try on. She came with different sizes so I can have a feel of the fit! Where can you find this kind of service? Haha. Glad I found this brand!! Jiayou Toufie!! ❤

They helped me through the exchange process and I managed to get the right fit. It fits like a glove now and I have never been happier. I love it so much.
