★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cab service in Singapore. The company claims they accept electronic payments. But your drivers frequently tell us cash only.
In this day and age, people who accept cash only deserve to be out of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cab 7608 make a dangerous right turn at Sengkang East Way when me and my wife are still crossing the road, almost hit us!
Please give him stern warning and send him for training. Such reckless driver on the road, sure bound to have accidents!

My journey was from changi airport to 75 wishart road (about 26 km), and transcab driver charged me 54 Singapore dollars ????!!!!!! (Journey code SHF07781M , Receipt no. 5402)
I asked people, they said it should only be around 30-35 sgd at peak times (including 25% surcharge).
I tried to call the hotline, but they're closed ???!!!!!
Why HOTLINE then?
They don't deserve any star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 28th Dec 2021 at around 1250 hrs from airport terminal 1 this Chinese driver refused to help carry luggage, he told me to complain. But when Chinese family boarded he help them to carry.
This guy is RACIST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just alighted from one of the transcab ride and the driver shouted at us for "not telling him instructions" to our location despite us telling him 3 times and even using our hands to direct him to turn left, right and go straight. we have full video of the driver being verbally abusive towards us and tried calling the transcab customer service line but they're not opened. please contact me for full information of the driver and im more than happy to share the video of the driver shouting at us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a cab with car plate 9912, this uncle keep aiyo me when I board the cab. Told him it’s my first time to my destination, then he asked me to look out for the block myself. Next, he just stop wherever he want. Then when I give him cash, he aiyo me again and ask me to get down immediately so he can pick up another passenger. Last but not least, he never stop me at my block at all. What a letdown service from such company. Will never take trans cab anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi, i just boarded a grab taxi at blk 306 chua chu kang ave 4 today ( 15 feb ) at about 3.45pm going to serangoon gardens. The driver didn’t check with me the location we are headed to. Apparently i boarded the wrong grab taxi headed home from visiting a doctor w high fever. I do acknowledge that it’s also my bad for boarding the wrong taxi but throughout the whole journey of the taxi driver turning back, he was blaming it solely on me and even demanded 10 dollars for a short trip back. I think he is also in the wrong for not checking with the customers first before leaving. Only blaming on me and demanding such an amount. i think it’s unbearable. Please do ask your grab drivers to check with customers before leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your driver of vehicle SHC5570C on Saturday 23 Apr 7pm made a sudden dangerous stop by Stevens Road for a roadside hail which almost resulted in a multi-vehicle accident. Please see to it that your drivers are properly educated on and obey traffic rules.
