★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at transit link counter provide the WORST service, if you can even call it that. Rude, condescending attitude. When presented with a $50 to top up $20 on the transit link card, staff at the counter says brusquely, 'No change'. It was in the middle of the afternoon. How can a business have no change for a $50? To date I have never had good or even remotely acceptable service provided by ANY transit link counter staff. They should just replace all the grumpy, rude, condescending matrons with machines, since the impression they give is, they rather be somewhere else and they don't want to work there.
