Transmarco Concepts Pte Ltd - Sulisam Building

I have written a number of reviews and have chalked up 67,000 reads. Very rarely do I write bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. I do so out of necessity; to offer an honest opinion and to caution readers on overrated food outlets, bad deals or poor services. Today I am writing about Transmarco Concepts Pte Ltd. They sold me a pair of Obermain shoes which I ordered online. Shoes received on 19/1 and no issues with delivery or quality. But the size was too small and I attempted to get an exchange. Searched the whole Obermain website for the "Return Form" which I had to fill out before making an exchange. There were none found. In 20/20 hindsight I should have seen the form before making the purchase! I wrote to the cs on same evening of 19/1 at the given email; which must have been received as it did not bounce back. No response till Monday 25/1. As the PayPal payment was made to Transmarco, I called the office and the phone rang till it went dead. Found this email address to darrell.chua and wrote to him requesting for assistance. No sound, no picture and no action! I have given them enough grace period until tonight before writing this honest review relating my dealing with them. They obviously do not look after their customers or care about their reputation. So why should I care for theirs? Why should I not let readers know about my experience with them? The astute readers would decide if this review is fair.
