It has been a hideous experience booking via this website. Poor customer service and rude treatment. They do not have physical company in SG. It is high risk to book with them, especially your Credit card particular was used. This is a bad company! Stay away from cheaptickets.sg

Had to go down to get a flight change which was an emergency, basically the guy told me that they can't do it here and their capabilities are basically outsourced overseas. I wonder what the office exists for. Wont recommend using their affiliated website cheaptickets.sg, they cant handle problems

I have emailed BudgetAir.co.uk many times and even been in touch with their HQ in Singapore, but have had no PERSONAL response from either. I will continue to be a thorn in their side until I have got my money back. If they continue to ignore my emails, there will be legal repercussions.

Flight cancelled since Apr 2020. Yet to get back my refund nor advise on the change for travel period process. From slow response to not responsive and finally to no response. A cheap company with cheap reputation and zero etiquette. Disappointed...

Our Flights to Japan got cancelled due to Covid. They dont respond and never got our refund back. This company is scam and it is not worth the hassle. I rather pay more for a proper company. Do not book with them.

Similar experiences faced with the reviews above. This might be a scam. They claimed to have refunded me my air tickets since 16 Oct 2020, but I never got the refund for my air tickets. To my horror I later realized that their operations are managed in India (Customer Service) and official address is Netherlands even though the domain they used is "cheapticket.SG". Please NEVER EVER book anything from them. I am still trying to get my refund back and it has been going in circles. From May-Oct they were unreachable too and only replied by email sporadically and it was not helpful at all. I have even filed police and CASE reports already. Might raise a court order if I can but it has really been a very exhausting process. Conclusion: NEVER book online. Always book directly from the airline, or a physical agency (go down to a well-known and reliable one). Utterly horrid.

Cheaptickets is a scam and please dont ever buy tickets from them. They will disappear when you ask for refund or canx. been chasing for refund for almost months but no response at all. Hope they will BANKRUPT soon!!
