Super nice hair cut by Dezh! Briefly describe to him what I am looking for, he provided an overview of how he is going to do my hair, outcome was amazing!

Came to do magic setting perm but after consultation the stylist Dezh informed that my hair is really damaged. Did algana magic setting perm instead and the result is really good. My damaged hair become soft and manageable. Dezh is really professional and attentive. No hard selling at all. Definitely will come back again to do my hair :)

Want to send my appreciation to Senior stylist Dezh, he shared some advice on hair care as my hair was super dry and frizzy. He really took his time treating and styling my hair from beginning to the end. Definitely will return and find him again to style my hair. Thank you so much Dezh!

I enjoyed the haircut and Mucota treatment service provided by the skillful hair stylist, I think he was Dezh? Great attention to detail and he gave very valuable suggestions for my cut, which treatment to get and advised me on aftercare (learnt some helpful tips for haircare from him too). Overall very pleasant experience here and it was worth the trip. Feel like more people should know about this place!

Went for a cut and the hairstylist took into consideration my face shape, hair type, daily styling habits etc and suggested a hair style that would suite me and I love the end result. Very professional, friendly and value for money. I also absolutely loved his hair cutting technique cuz he wasn't afraid to go straight in for the cut unlike others I had experienced before in other salons. Definitely found themselves a regular and 100% recommend others to give them a try!

Made an appointment for Mucota damaged hair therapy. Priced at $138. The treatment process seemed similar to most salons. However... During payment, I was charged $50 more than their price list. Puzzled with the sudden change in price - I clarified. And was told the stylist used anti-frizz treatment instead of damaged therapy. He also added that their Mucota treatment for damaged hair does not include flat ironing. (That's 1-step service less than most other salons.) Conclusion: I paid $188 for a treatment that differed from what I asked for. Left the salon unhappy because no effort was made to communicate a change in services. If indeed a different treatment was recommended, it should have been informed at the onset. It was not right to choose a different treatment without my consent. It was also inconsistent with our conversation during the treatment. He expressed that, "the treatment is well-suited for damaged hair" ???? Will not visit again.
