★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service from this agency. Highly not recommended. Me and my family had a very bad experience when doing our 1st Umrah with this company. They do things unprofessionally. Never met to the itinerary given. Worst of all, we didn't managed to pray inside Rasulullah SAW house. Very upset. Paid a very high amount and get this kind of services. Plus is during the ramadhan period.
