Figures don't lie (nor do Strava statistics and unglam faces haha): From the very first bike I got from Trilab, to this latest sweet ride Electra which I was pushing like mad on a recent TL ride, to the superbly executed Retul bikefit by Jacko, Trilab is the place to be, if you want friendly, professional and most importantly, honest service. James and Jacko are down-to-earth, straight-talking folks, whose words and intentions you do not have to double-guess when you go about indulging in our common love for bikes, triathlon, and pain LOL. Postscript: Electra and my Retüled position (courtesy of Jacko@trilab) in anger. Did not win anything but the 39.4km/hr average speed would frankly have been beyond me before the bike and the bikefit happened. Thank you again bros! The bike is visibly faster, now that all parts have been cleaned and serviced thoroughly. Just have to up my rider game and do the bike justice haha. Thank you Sam and Jack!

I enjoyed a bike fit based on RETÜL - 3D motion capture method. As a foreigner with poor speaking skills, I was surprised by warm atmosphere at the workshop!

Very detailed fitting session with Jack. He is very knowledgeable, and explains any questions that you have. This was my second fitting (first one was done by another fitter), but the result of this fitting is more obvious, and I can definitely feel more comfortable and efficient whilst riding. Highly recommended.

Did a Retul bike fit at Trilab with Jack. He was meticulous throughout the session and fine tuned my bike to perfection! The boss James and Carine are super friendly people and nice to chat with. End up a happy customer that bought a full bike and many accessories from them. Highly recommended!
