★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon Eugene on Carousell, he managed to rectify my initial issue with the bike by replacing the rear derailleur.
But would not recommend the Full "premium" bike servicing, claims to "tune" bike to perfection but all I got in return was to have my bike not being able to ride through 4-5 gears on the small chain ring, its my mistake for not checking before I leave, only discovered the issue when I went for my hill climbs but you would think that paying for a premium the bike would've been serviced properly.
Decent fella who seems passionate about bikes but if you want to get your bike serviced, better to look for a proper shop than through carouhell. Learned my lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a Full Servicing and parts replacement for a used bike I bought online which had some issues.
Owner is very dedicated in his work, he will ask for any pressing issues before taking the bike off your hands.
Upon collection, he would tell you the problems/issues he discovered. He would even explain to you the negative effects of it.
Overall a very detailed and dedicated guy with great service. Don't look down on him because he is young.
Price wise I think it's very reasonable. Some LBS do not provide such meticulous explainations.
Would HIGHLY Recommend.
Quick to respond. He can be found via Instagram and carousell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ helpful and friendly mechanic and quality service at an affordable price, eugene is one of the best around. bike went in all greasy and gritty after 12,000km, eugene helped me to replace my chain, bb, and grease all my components. bike came out as good as new and as smooth as can be. highly recommended!

Highly recommended home based bike shop that is trustable and will come back again if in need of support.
