Very Unprofessional I reported on behalf of my wife, as her employer is not paying salary , it’s been more than 15 days but not any single action has been taken and mediator said she has more and important cases than mine.

I visited MMOM 3x to lodged a complaint but they said cannot do anything and push me to go Traplitake at brash basah, the officer said she cannot do anything, I went to Devain Nair to talk to the officer in charge of the issue, he said also cannot do anything after only spending less then 10 mins with me... All this happened in 2017, my company prepared a letter on my behalf and told me, that my service is not required...this few weeks, I kept seeing news paper of the government is helping the citizen on such cases to resolve the issue, which I find it's very good. 3 weeks ago, I called up TADM and 1 guy which he said a manager pick up the phone n said he is not the right department to handle my case without even help to refer me to the correct govt dept, very very disappointed. I even approached the career coach at Devain Nair for job advise and almost a year but no results, l know there is no hope, because when I got retrenched when I was 50years the same things go to such govt agency for jobs... finally l know cannot depend on them and I found a job of my own from straits time. I'm a 62 yrs old Singaporean, pls help to refer me to the correct dept/person to review my case. Thank you. Mr. Tan 96734616

The most inefficient organisation I’ve ever encountered. 1. Never called back at agreed time. On two different occasions with two different in-charge, none of them called back on time. In fact, we had to waited for 2 weeks for the second person to call back. 2. Rude. Didn’t read what we wrote carefully, and never tried to understand from our POV. Instead, with a demanding tone, interrupted us when we were trying to describe the situation on the phone. 3. Pro-employer perspective. It’s disheartening to hear that the gov sides with employers with extensive HR knowledge who know how to work around loopholes unethically yet legally. 4. Simply waste of time - don’t waste your time here. People on mom hotline are much more friendlier and helpful than TADM. Unfortunately mom can’t do much to help either. Always know that organisations like this can be really inefficient, but this is one of the worst experience ever. They deserve nothing more than a 1-Star review.

I 62 years old man to use your and explain the reason for calling because I do not have very much experience in using email, I try to contact TADM BUphone but can find the number to call pleased can TADM provide a phone number so I can explain the problem I'm facing or can contact me through my handphone no 83384059 . Yesterday ilog a dispute claim to TADM with my friend help please help me to solve this problem with my ex em thanks you

Encounter with this organisation was hopeful at first via phone call but eventually it became useless and time is wasted. Did not help in protecting employees from employer's bullying. Took sides of employer without considering in the shoes of employee. Obvious pro-employer. Maybe because employer representative almost same age as mediator? Employer's assumptions does not mean that is it right without proper investigation. Mediator do not understand the ever-changing business landscape enough to be able to be fair? Allowed employer representative to share life story whereas interrupted employee to ask what is relevant. Never tried to understand from employee POV. Instead, already took sides before the open conversation was over.

TADM Mediators between Employer & Employee still need more education and enhancement. the mediatior is mediating but alot of coordination work. there is a difference between being a coordinator and "mediator". Equiped with facts and knowledge will help close the case better. Not to just brush thru cases to just resolve 1 case.

Basically, i would say one or 2 officers are ok but overall i can say is not good. I still prefer the old mom system which we go down face to face meet at mom interview room for discussion and also the mini-court at mom. The new odr system is all full waste of time and no full resolve. And looks like this tadm is siding more with the employers.
