my computer was emitting some rattling sound and beeping sound when i brought it down to the shop. the boss was quick enough to identify immediately what the problem was and simply unplug my 2nd hdd which seem to be corrupted. the sound and beeping stopped and he didnt charge me any money at all and told me to monitor if the problem arise again

Went there recently for their Data Recovery service, to my experience they are recommendable. The technician/service executive who attended to me was "Kevin/Kelvin". He was patient and friendly towards understanding my issue. Although at the end of the day, I did not managed to retrieved the files I want (simply because their software was not able to recover the files back to its original directories and structures), their data recovery service is still recommendable if you don't mind having the files recovered and renamed in a different state (which the files are group under their types). If you guys are looking for entry range of data recovery services, do approach them and see how things work out. All the best!

Initially inform logic board issue and need to repair. Never informed the customer the status and Just ask me to come to collect only when I checked with them after 2 weeks. Tell me is beyond repair. No option given to replace the logic board. Poor service

My Acer laptop has been giving me some problems and my sister recommended me to Kelvin for his professional and responsive attitude. I brought it down to let him diagnose the problem and he has presented himself very professional and very attentive to my queries. I had spilled water over my Macbook Pro of 5 years and found TRIT while googling macbook repair. The person I spoke over the phone was patient and clear in explaining the fees and processes. I had previously called another company but they were pretty rude and pessimistic and shared that water damage are difficult to repair and was not helpful in providing clarity to me (it was my first time sending my Macbook for repair too!). The store was conveniently located near Hougang MRT and the staff (I think was Jason) was very patient in explaining to me. Jason later Whatsapp me after their diagnostic test and shared that they need to replace my logic board and screen cable - totalling up to $460, before they can identify whether there are further damages to the com (i.e., keyboard) (because my com was unable to be turn on) which may incur further costs if repaired. Worrying bout the cost, I asked several questions - especially on how much it would be if needing further repairs. He shared that if there are further repairs needed and its too much $$ for me - they will take the computer and I can just pay the $30 diagnostic fee and take my data back with a harddrive. So glad that he was patiently explaining the processes to me! The repair took approximately 5-6 days!

The boss and his staffs are very friendly, knowledgable and efficient with many years of experience in the field. Will highly recommend you to visit them if you have any issues with your gadgets like your desktop, laptop, ipads. They can help you solve your hardware and software issues too.. Good service my MacBook Pro 2017 liquid damaged send to few repair shop and no one can retrieve data , luckily TRIT done the good job , retrieve all my work document and most important is my kid's photo. great!! and the person in charge there provide some method to prevent data lost.
