Consultations are quite short given the amount paid, and could probably be a little more thorough in terms of educating clients about the potential cause and what's can be done to avoid it, recommended exercises to do at home, etc. Recommendations are given and videos are shown but only after asking.

The thing about posture and how it impacts the body cannot be self realised and improved on by just doing exercises like how I use to feel or by seeing online videos. Specially at an adult age and beyond when an individual is busy. I did finally join True Chiropractic after a lot of feedback and suggestions to ensure I take this issue seriously and . All the staff members are nice to talk to and make one feels comfortable and not out of place. Secondly the doctor is very good in terms of knowledge, engagement and experience. Charges are also affordable and one can visit them as per his convenience. Highly recommended ?

The root cause analysis is the best which Dr. will figure out which specific part of your muscle/spine had misaligned or exerted strain for a long period of time from you bad posture. From that, Dr. will treat it by necessary adjustment through out the treatment, it helps and improved. Go along with the treatment as well as your discipline to exercise and correct your bad posture would be necessary to optimum the result. Thanks Dr. Justin!!

After around three months of treatment / adjustments by Dr. Justin, I've already can walk normally without pain. Beside the adjustments, Dr. Justin has patiently taught me some exercises and stretches that have helped me with the treatment. And all staff here (Ang Mo Kio branch) are very warm and friendly. He dispenses advice on the type of exercises to help with my condition. When I first came to True Chiropractic, I experienced severe neck and lower back pains but after 40 twice weekly sessions, I was relieved of the pains I was experiencing and I could resume my exercises and felt much better in my daily life. Now I am visiting him weekly as maintenance. The adjustments done are pain free and in fact you feel instant relief when the adjustments are done!
