โ โ โ โ โ Extremely unresponsive on Facebook and did not pick up their phone calls. Whenever I tried to book a reservation, they'd say that they're fully booked for months - which is pretty unbelievable as I often walked past them to see their salon to be quite empty. If you are not prepared to receive customers from fave, remove your salon from there. If you can't reply FB messages properly, then either change whoever is managing that account or LEARN how to reply politely and professionally.

โ โ โ โ โ Great experience with Stylist, Reo. I asked for help to fix a bad hair dying job at another salon. I wanted brown but it came out red.. Reo helped me to color correct to the brown that I wanted. Amazing skills and good service, he is always smiling and kind to customers. Will come back and recommend. Prices are very reasonable especially for town area.
