โ โ โ โ โ Service, Place and staff attitude are great. Bit of hard selling but not annoying. Even after i said no, the staff is not becoming sour which I appreciated. Akira was my therapist and i think he is good in what he is doing.
However I am not sure the deep hair scalp cleanse is useful for me.
It may be suitable for you!

โ โ โ โ โ Tried out their deep cleanse scalp treatment & itโs a pleasant experience! Akira was the one assisted my treatment process & every step of the treatment was well explained. The head massage was great too and everything was professional.

โ โ โ โ โ Did a scalp treatment almost a month back. Great customer service from Akira doing scalp analysis and deep cleansing, patient with explanations of each step. The whole scalp process was also definitely enjoyable, with added comfort of being in a massage chair. Hair and scalp felt clean and good after, though i take it more as pampering and not super sure on effectiveness yet. overall great experience without hard selling. :-)

โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, I enjoy their deep cleansing scalp treatment, but I've had a really bad experience (not with the treatment, but lack of service) on 12-Feb. I wanted to make an appointment as I have a package with them, and tried calling them from 10AM to 12PM. I think I called a total of 8 times? Nobody picked up. I whatsapped to their business account as well, with no replies. Decided to head down to their store, and the receptionist told me that all hair treatment services are put on hold till March. Made a wasted trip there. Really wasted my time. What is a hotline for if nobody tends to it? And why were there no information provided to customers if a particular treatment is put on hold? Don't think it's difficult to post a notice on social media.

With the previous team led by Ethan gone last November, the management was taken over by DrSpa but the service they provided was reallyโฆ Itโs almost impossible to book a slot for treatment. And they will give all sorts of excuses. Unlike the previous team, just honest answer. And believe it or not they can reply my WhatsApp message only 2 days later!! Wow.. this is the superb service they provided with the high price they charged and now without explaining the scalp condition! Furthermore, unable to get a refund. Whatโs worst, in order to get a sales, they will say Ethan said to buy this or that, but the fact is, Ethan has already left the company and he will never sell any treatment to the client without a proper explanation. Good luck to those who still has package with them.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been with Drhair for over 4 years now. However, after the previous team lead by Ethan left, the customer service standards has deteriorated beyond recognition. My last appointment was in November 2021 last year. After that, it was impossible to book any new appointment as your slots are always full and I am constantly on a waitlist without any news.
When I have finally gotten an appointment slot after 4 months of waiting for a dual-treatment session. First, your staff from the counter bring me into the treatment room and left me there, after waiting for 10 to 15 mins, I received a text on phone, asking me if I am reaching the outlet soon? But I am already inside your treatment room!
After the miscommunication episode causing delay, your new staff started the entire treatment session by scanning my scalp then PLUCKING OUT A STRAND OF HAIR OUT FROM MY SCALP AND DO A SCAN ON IT! After that, she started selling treatment packages to me, saying that my hair's condition is not great. Iโve consulted different hair and scalp specialist before, even seen a DOCTOR. The DOCTOR never pluck my hair out to do a scan !!! It is so unprofessional.
Also, I felt shortchanged as the treatment feels so casual compared to what it used to be. It used to be very thorough and professional no matter how busy they are. What I booked for was a dual-treatment session. But it was cut short, incomplete and only one treatment was done. The staff then told me that I have only booked for 1 treatment when I have clearly communicated and booked for a dual-treatment.
As a loyal customer, I am utterly disappointed and feel that the money spent on these packages are totally worthless now. I expect a full refund ASAP and I will not recommend anyone to sign up for these services.

โ โ โ โ โ While I am satisfied with the result of the scalp treatment, my recent experiences at the Orchard Gateway outlet are less than pleasant. I have been doing monthly treatment at the outlet for more than a year, yet the new consultant can say that my scalp condition is not good and requires more frequent treatment. Is she implying that all the previous treatments were useless? I was told by the previous consultant that monthly maintenance is sufficient for me. Why is there inconsistency in assessment? It just sounds like a generic statement told to every customer as a sale tactic. I start to doubt her professionalism and wonder if I can trust her words. My next few visits were just about hard selling of packages. It made me feel that the team is more concerned about their sales target rather than my treatment result. There is a vast difference between the service level provided past and present and I no longer feel as relaxed as I used to. I would advise the team to let your product and service do the talking. It's a pity for your effective hair and scalp treatments and products to be overshadowed by hard selling sale tactic. This is a salon in the heart of Orchard, please upkeep your image as professional scalp specialists.
