Devotees cannot enter columbarium and are required to be like thiefs skulking along the building to pray, collects $ to burn incense, otherwise they do not render service, gates are always closed and phone lines are always engaged. They must be either the busiest temple or maybe have nobody manning the lines

This is a private temple run by nuns and am utterly disappointed at the sales n enquiry team office Especially Ms Pauline tone of voice is ride , unwelcoming , cold even and they forbid more than 2 for visiting to pray and deep down I kind of regret choosing this horrible mgmt place and true to below reviews about the tablet room like a store room. The mgmt still not open despite other temple are even today age and time.

Inflexible temple and rude reception staff. I would advise those who want to consider resting your love ones or ancestors elsewhere than putting in this temple. Now still limit to 2 paxs visiting and making people so inconvenience.

Horrible Ching Ming experience. Booking to pray my father in law is extremely tough. The only way to book a slot to pray is to call their hotline. It is not easy to get through their line as everyone is calling during this period. (Try using huawei redial function and it works after 121 retries). Unfortunately after calling, i cant recall the timing given and called back to clarify. Other than hard to get through their hotline, I was scolded for not writing it down and forgetting the time. Even after a few thank you and sorry. The staff went on nagging that it is people like me who didnt write down and causing the hotline to be jammed up with calls. The staff searched but couldnt find the record now and went on nagging that I should have remembered what was given and went on and on.. I continued to apologise and thank her for her effort in fear that she will just tell me dont have record and hang up. Feedback to the temple. As goverment is easing the covid measure... As long as everyone is wearing mask, safe distancing is not needed. Please consider making it easier for people who wish to pray and visit their deceased family members. The staff are frustrated answering calls after calls to book slots. The callers are unable not able to get slots to pray as cant get through your hotline. Why not just have someone to control the crowd at the temple and totally stop the process of the need to call to book a slot. You have already restricted people with only 2 paxs while the government has opened up to 10 paxs everywhere. Please seriously consider this as it is frustrating to both the staff and anyone who wishes to view the temple.

I am very disappointed with the Tse Tho Aum temple staff. When I and my sister went to pay respect to our late mother which she is resting there below. We were there not very crowded the staff over there kept rushing us and shouting there is Q outside, but there is no Q at all. I don’t get it at all when the covid is more relax now and consider back to normal. Also the gate is lock for the past 3 years plus I don’t get it with the management for not opening up the below for us to pay respect only on top praying only. I hope they can be more flexible to benefit to peoples who want to pray to their late loved one.

Like to highlight to the temple management the situation in the 2 large rooms next to the shop where all the joss papers are being sold. These 2 large rooms house the tablets of our deceased relatives because there is no more space left in the main hall on the upper level. But these 2 large rooms have been used as storage space for boxes of joss offerings and sometimes are not tidy or well kept. I think this is disrespectful to our deceased relatives whose tablets are housed there. Can the temple management please stop using the space for storage purpose and restore the dignity of these 2 rooms and the dignity of our deceased relatives please ? Thank you.

Singapore have open up , but not them . Please take note appointment is needed and only 2 pax per group. Take note close on 5th to 7th April 2022.
