Very bad serviced. Persistent & aggressive on hard selling and show bad attitude when you declined. Will not return to this salon again.

Very bad customer serviced, especially the lady hairdresser, actually I am not willing to give any star, but I wanted to write my review, so no choice have to give. I shown her the style which I requested, and comments that this style not suit me, and the way she talk was very unfriendly., than she ask me whether want to cut this estyle, than I told her yes, please try.r End up the wY she cut like not happy, showing black face, the way she cut like 很不甘愿less than 5 mins, she ask me OK or not,, you know there style she cut was totally different from the style which I requested, and still dare to ask me OK if not, and the way she asked also in a very bad 语气。I will not going back to this salon anymore, this is the first time in my life facing this type of customer , this the most lousy customers service.

Initially I thought was a good place to chill as it was quiet. 2nd visit was horrible when hair dresser wanted to sell package and got all short and I had to leave with damp hair. I took the hairdryer and helped myself and that didn’t send a clear message for the hair dresser to come help me. He stood at the cashier to wait for my payment! How atrocious! Never going back there again!

2nd time visiting the place after they changed shop location, as i felt the 1st expereince was decent. Turns out customer service was bad and did not even ask what hair style I am cutting before proceeding to cut. As my hair is permmed, it becomes hard to comb, this can usually be solved with damp hair , yet the hairstylist didn't even borther to spray water on my head before cutting. Even hardly pulling hair on my hair, resulting in a very unpleasant cut. Overall cut took less than 5 minutes, blow-dry took 5 seconds. If I can give 0 stars I would.

They kinda hard sell a lot, out of 7/10 visit I’m paying for something, adding on something. But overall if you pay them they do good service. As for Haircut, my first time cutting short hair quite surprise with the outcome nice and recommend by one young male stylist.

Very bad haircut service. told the hairdresser I want to cut 2 inch shorter and don't want too much layer, ended up he trim my hair until 2 sides are of different length and definitely poor service. because he will say if you don't wash first and cut, I might not be able to cut it well. what's more I tie up my hair. I mean I have been going to salon for so many years with my hair tied, not needing a hair wash. the haircut still turns out fine
