Christy and her team have good customer interaction. I like the pleasant ambience of Sincere Beaute (spa/facial room). Good service.

I go there mainly for facials and am glad that they expanded their business just very recently. Facial treatments are professionally done and I see improvements to my skin. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and sincere, and they don't hard sell.

I have been going to Sincere Beaute for more than 5 years now. Prior to going to her, I was having a breakout for more than 2 years, really big, red and angry ones. I went to skin centre but the meds didn't work. I tried many other derm products for ultra sensitive skin but nothing worked. I was pretty desperate. Then a colleague of mine recommended this place and i gave it a try, though it's an hour's train ride from my place. In my first visit, Christy analysed my condition and started a plan for me from facial frequency (once every 3 months), to the product i use and even for my diet!! She worked out a facial plan that is within my budget and as i stayed quite far away, she even offered a package that had shorter commitment. After 2-3 sessions, my face started to heal and by the end of the package my face was no longer angry/red. I actually started to go out without any make up and other colleagues also started to visit Christy after seeing the results of her facial on me (they are still going to her). She gradually changed my products as my face stablised and the frequency of facial changed to once per month. Fast forward 5 years, I am still going to her because of her sincerity in her service. She is very attentive to my comments and doesn't hard sale anything that i am not comfortable with. I feel comfortable and at ease during the facial and always feel that i had a good rest after facial. I would highly recommend Sincere Beaute's facial =)

I went to Sincere for facial with Christy. She is very professional and I enjoy the whole session. The extraction process was fast and painless. Her face massage was good and I had a good rest throughout the session. It was the best facial experience I had so far! ☺️ Highly recommend to those out there who are looking for good facial service!

Was engage with Sincere Beaute previously, their Pedi and manicures are actually not bad, the quality of work is there, but since I move out of this area, didn't really have the time to visit them back until today. Glad I've gotten the facial treatment from Christy, it felt really great and relaxing! She really make you feel welcomed and there's no hard selling of packages.

First time trying this manicure service Manicurist was very meticulous However paying quite a premium over $50 , my gel nails did not last . One cracked and pealed off significantly on my non dominant thumb on 7-8th day. Whatsapped if this is normal but no replies Definitely expected more for this premium paid .
