Didn’t go down to the shop personally. I bought a bike from them online and delivered to my home. Very kind of Tony to deliver on my requested specific timing and it was a public holiday. I didn’t have the chance to test the bike and only came to realise some issues after testing it for the first time a week later. They came over promptly to help me with the bike and even brought it back to fine tune it. The bike eventually came back to me with a lot of freebies installed! Haha! Very friendly and sincere people there!

My new favourite bike shop. I bought the ebike Smart1s +. Such a nice, high quality bike. I cruise around my hilly campus and get to work without raising a sweat. Service is exemplary. Tony, the boss, is super helpful and easy to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. Once my wife rides my bike, I know we will be buying a second one!

It has been great riding on Apollo Smart1splus. Smooth, quiet and stylish. Always receiving compliments. Tony was friendly and helpful whenever I have queries regarding the bike. The experience I had for my first servicing at the shop weeks ago was exceptionally good. Great hospitality while waiting for my ebike to be checked thoroughly. TWD is awesome, and I am *very* happy with my Smart 1S+. Tony was extremely kind, professional, and responsive. His bikes are the best you can get — all high quality parts (mostly made in Italy, Switzerland, and Japan), everything is LTA approved, and he handles all the paperwork with getting the bikes imported, licensed and registered with LTA. There are plenty of other companies on the island claiming to offer bikes with “LTA approval pending” — usually made in China and with mixed reviews and poor service. You’ll pay a bit more at TWD but get LOTS more. I’ve found all of Tony’s estimates for distance and battery to be low — meaning that my bike is getting me even further on every charge than TWD claims. I usually keep my power assist lower (at 1-3) but it’s always a sign of a premium product when they give you more than they promise. My only very very small complaint is that the air in my tires was a little low when I picked up my bike. Not a big deal, but just a reminder to TWD to please double check everything :) Don’t hesitate — if you want an e-bike, TWD has it all. I love love love my bike!

I would highly recommend TWD if you are looking for e-bikes that are LTA approved and well-made. I ended up buying 2 from them. I was just a walk-in customer and came across this shop from google search. Tony (the owner) is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and above-all highly trustworthy. For the second bike, I didn't bother to go down. Just called Tony to tell him what I wanted. He configured it for me based on my needs, suggested sensible upgrades and had it delivered to my home. I don't usually give reviews - but this shop and the service from Tony is highly deserving. He goes the extra mile for the customer - but always remember that it takes 2 hands to clap - so be a nice customer too :-)

To echo Gary's comments. I purchased by Smart 1S from their partner shop on Bedok, Wheel Power Technology Pte Ltd. (84 Bedok North Street 4, #01-31, Singapore 460084) as this branch is a lot closer to home. From the initial call with Tony, and subsequent WhatsApp messages with Dihau, everything went smoothly. I arrived on Saturday morning, 21st Dec, the bike was already prepared, and following a short explanation as to how the functions worked, and the subsequent paperwork being completed, I loaded the bike into my friends car and that was that. Service level from both Tony and Dihua and fantastic and you can tell them really care bout their business and have a true passion for it. Apart from a minor issue with the OneMotoring portal (ended up being a case of use a different browser to conduct the transfer), a fantastic level of service, from beginning to end.

Thanks Tony and Team for perfect condition delivery of Smart 1S+. The bike is amazing and very easy to ride even at level 1 assist. Many people have given positive comments when I have been on the park connector cycle paths. Build quality is 10/10. I think these are the Rolls Royce of E Bikes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an E Bike.
