★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 24 mini cupcakes of a specific flavour. When collecting, found out wrong order was taken (instead of mini, large cupcakes and wrong flavours were prepared too). When asked about other outlets to make up the difference, was given a list of numbers to call myself. While calling, they actually sold the mini cupcakes I was looking at instead of holding them for me while I fixed their mess, absolutely amazing. Had to settle for a dozen of another flavour and now rushing to another outlet to fix this joke of a situation. While paying, they actually had the gall to show me the order chit that THEY FILLED UP WRONGLY AND WASN'T EVEN WHAT THEY PREPARED. Absolutely no suggestion on how to fix the problem, no restitution, not even an apology. Avoid like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a unicorn butter cream cake. Looked overly sweet, but the kids wanted the cake. To my surprise, It was delicious and not too sweet that I had a second helping of the cake. The cream was light and the sponge was soft and refined. However, it was rather pricey- almost $40 for a small butter cream cake.
