The next day I received 4 missed calls (was at work) from the store because apparently they had run out of red velvet and wanted to find out if I minded replacing it with an oreo cheesecake instead. A few hours later they rang again to let me know they had managed to secure a red velvet cake as per my original order. The service this store went through to get me what I had requested for, is top notch! The cake was a birthday surprise for a friend so I won't know what it tastes like. I'm sure like all their cupcakes, it will be delicious. Thanks for helping me make my friend's birthday an excellent one!
I also happened to mention that it was a birthday cake over the phone and they added a happy birthday sign for me! Thank you!!!! Everything also arrived in perfect condition. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered it second time on deliveroo, foodpanda and despite reminding the driver and restaurant to handle w care...... this was the outcome. Was supposed to be for a friend’s birthday. Packaging: a big no for delivery and the cream is clearly melted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order a Red velvet whole cake on foodpanda for $20. It’s disappointing as most of it is ‘fake cream cheese’ (doesn’t taste much like cream cheese, mostly gelatin I guess)
The sponge cake is so incredibly thin at the bottom. Just sad. Never order again
