★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome #privatediningsg #sgprivatedining experience with Derek & Ryan of Twelve Flavours. The dynamic duo met in the Top 24 of MasterChef Singapore Season 2 & then subsequently collaborated together launching Twelve Flavours.
Favs of the night for myself were Kinmedai, Duck & the Snowball!!
Already looking forward to be back dinning with them!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a chance to try Chef Derek’s 5 course dinner pop up at Makan@Hotel Jen. His self made soft bun & butter is truly awesome. Chawanmushi & scallop were good but not surprising. Cod fish was replaced with Salmon, which was disappointing. The pork jowl was well balanced in taste & texture, nicely done. I am not really a dessert person so will not comment on that. Overall an above average dining experience.
