β β β β β The property management company teamspl.sg Total Estate Management Services Pte Ltd is totally useless - and the manager itself unprofessional and ignorant - so one must assume that the management company carries out same unprofessional attitude.

β β β β β Lived here 3 years, broken elevator telecom system, dirty pool. The condo is old and shows it. Gym is a joke, only one user at a time - this is a big complex, the one user rule makes the Gym unavailable most of the time.

The owner has to be blamed.
Security systems are the worst as they dont allow you if you don't have access card.
We students have stayed in groups and each one had a different timing for classes. We were given only two access cards for the whole bunch and faced problems upon each entry and exit to apartment.
Don't know if the owner has to be blamed or the if the system.
No mrt station nearby.
But you have a bus stop which is diagonally opposite, few yards away from the entrance.
So, most of the buses from this stop take you to novena mall which has novena mrt attached to it.
